Teaching

Teaching is one of my greatest passions. Whether I’m working with bachelor or master students, or speaking to managers and professionals, my goal is always the same: to help people think critically, understand context, and make evidence-based decisions about work and organizations.

I teach courses in HRM and Organizational Design, and I design all my learning environments — from large lecture halls to small professional workshops — to be interactive, practical, and engaging. I use cases, discussions, real examples, and current research to bring HR concepts to life.

Across all audiences, I encourage learners to ask:

“What do we really know, and how do we know it?”

This mindset helps them move beyond intuition and trends, and toward thoughtful, evidence-based practice.

Above all, I strive to create a warm and personal learning climate where curiosity is welcome, perspectives are valued, and people feel invited to explore how HR shapes organizations, careers, and society.
